The wall thickness of the steel pipe pile is 40~60mm, have high quality requirements of the weld . Pre-heat treatment is required during welding. The weld must be 100% UT and 20% MT inspection. The steel pipe pile is joint by two thicknesses and two different materials pipe. The outside of the pile top is welded 8pcs shear rings , and the inside welded 7pcs 40mm thick shear rings. The pile bottom welded φ2000×60mm S460M high-strength pile shoe. Inside the pile body welded 12 pcs ribs in full length.

This project is very difficult and the quality requirements are strict. With the joint efforts of the company's employees, all steel pipe piles are completed on schedule and successfully pass the third-party quality inspection (TUV). Under the cooperation of floating crane vessel and gantry crane, they are shipped. Juxin's products are heading for Europe again!
